Processing Rules:

Order not yet shipped – Full refund will be issued immediately upon approval.

Order already shipped – The customer must provide proof of return shipment (tracking number). Refund will be processed only after the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned goods.

More than 14 days after delivery – The order is no longer covered by the no-reason return policy and will be handled in accordance with standard after-sales terms.
